Fab Five Places in Denver

Fab Five Places in Denver

Promet Source, headquartered in Chicago, is excited to offer, “Drupal 8 Crash Course (for non-devs),” a training taking place on August 3rd at DrupalCamp Colorado. Promet Source loves Denver so much, they wanted to share their Fab Five spots to check out while you’re in town.

  1. Uncle Ramen:  If you’re looking for something delicious for dinner, than look no further than Uncle Ramen, an amazing ramen restaurant located about 10 minutes from the Auraria Campus. If super tasty food isn’t a good enough reason to visit, they’ll also be giving $1 per order to suncolo.org during the month of July.

  2. RiNo Art District:  If you’re more of a “surprise me” type of traveler, the River North Art District is a winning place to check out for dinner and evening strolls. With jazz bars, art galleries and more, this neighborhood will inspire you. Lonely Planet says so too, recommending it as one of the top 10 neighborhoods to check out in the U.S.

  3. Red Rocks:  Since most of Chicago’s bars only have views to an alley, midwesterners are often stunned to learn that Red Rocks has concerts and trails at the same place. What an incredibly cool venue. If you have an extra day packed into your weekend, you can enjoy a beautiful hike and later dance to live music. That sounds like an awesomely appropriate Colorado experience.

  4. Table 6:  After a long, day of learning at DrupalCamp Colorado, Table 6’s “American comfort food with an eclectic, unconventional twist” and warm atmosphere is a great choice for dinner. They have an in-house sommelier, so the wine will be good too. Unlike Uncle Ramen, you can make reservations for a table and you can do so online.

  5. Osteria Marco:  If you are still looking for some fantastic Denver food, Osteria Marco is the place to check out, not to mention they are very close to the Auraria campus.

Promet Source, as well as all of us with DrupalCamp Colorado look forward to seeing you in just over a week!
